An Amazing Company to Work For
Working with this DSI has been an incredible experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the fully work-from-home setup, which gives me the flexibility to balance my personal life while still being productive and engaged.
The company is  generous—this is my first time receiving a Thanksgiving gift from a company in front of my doorstep and it makes me so happy and feel valued and appreciated. And when I ask for emergency leave due to the typhoon they approve immediately and give kind words unlike my previous experience in another company. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their people, not just through benefits and incentives, but through the supportive culture they’ve built.
Management is approachable and communication is open. It’s rare to find a company that treats its employees like family, but this one truly does.

Dsi basically built my tech-savy skills. I was not really good with technology until I had to and now I am a believer that you if are guided and know the right tools anything is possible. 
 
What I love about being part of Dsi is the culture. They give you room to be heard, allow us to be independent yet fully supported. The kind of teamwork they have makes it easy to stay motivated. 
 
I have been lucky to be here for 8 years now. I never thought I could be happier until Dsi showed me the way to work life balance. I am able to have time with my family and having time for my hobbies is refreshing. This allows me to be on top of my performance.

What I enjoy most about my role is the independence and trust my client places in me, which allows me to continuously grow in my craft. I also deeply appreciate the company culture—how the owners and administrators trust us to do our jobs without micromanaging, confident that we will perform responsibly and give our best every day.
 
This trust is especially evident in how they consistently stand up for us whenever issues arise with clients. They make sure our concerns are heard and that we are properly supported. Their willingness to support us both emotionally and financially makes me feel genuinely valued as part of the team.
 
Most importantly, this company has helped me achieve many of my life goals—getting married to my loving husband, owning a home, traveling to many places, and building a happy family.

Two years ago, I never imagined I would be here working with peace of mind, balance, and joy as part of DSI. My journey was not easy, but it is proof that even the darkest seasons can lead to the brightest beginnings.
 
Looking back nine years ago, fresh out of college, I carried hope, confidence, and passion in my heart. I believed the world was wide open for me. But as time passed, things began to change.
 
I tried different careers, hoping each one might offer better opportunities, and that eventually led me into the customer service industry in a BPO where I even earned a promotion. However, as time went on, I found myself working only to survive. The passion was gone, and I reached a breaking point like hurting myself, punching walls, cursing, throwing things away whenever I was frustrated, and shouting in front of my computer. I fell into a darkness I never imagined. That toxic environment drained me and deeply affected my mental health.
 
Eventually, I realized I was no longer the same person who once had high hopes and believed in himself. I resigned, promising never to return to the customer service industry in a BPO again. I tried to rebuild by working in a hospital, hoping it would be a stepping stone to something greater, perhaps even abroad.
 
Still, something felt missing. My income was not enough, and deep inside, I knew I was capable of more. In my lowest moments, I turned to prayer. I strengthened my faith in Almighty God, and that was when blessings began to flow. One of those blessings was the chance to apply at DSI. By His grace, I was hired.
 
I still remember my interview. Anxiety gripped me, my voice trembled, and I kept apologizing for my nervousness. My past experiences had shaken my confidence and clouded my skills. But then came Ms. Tiff. She reassured me, lifted me up, and gave me the courage to continue. Her kindness was a light in my storm.
 
I knew I was not the strongest candidate. Yet DSI believed in me. They trusted me, endorsed me, and gave me the chance to face the client interview. And when I passed, it was not just my victory but it was proof of DSI unwavering support and faith in their people.
 
DSI invested in me when I was at my weakest. They nurtured me, cared for my emotional and mental well-being, and reminded me that I mattered. That is what sets DSI apart…  they don’t just build careers, they build lives.
 
Today, I am beyond proud to be  part of this team. I earn more than I ever did before. I can buy what I want, travel , and most importantly, provide for my family and loved ones. But beyond the financial blessings, DSI gave me something far greater. They restored my confidence, reignited my passion, and renewed my hope for the future
 
I am living proof that with faith, perseverance, and the right people beside you, even the darkest chapters can lead to the brightest new beginnings.
 
Now, as I celebrate my second anniversary with DSI, I look back with gratitude as I have found peace of mind, true work-life balance, and the freedom to attend special occasions and spend more time with my loved ones.
